No seriously, they do. I've been in queue for six hours (as of the time of this post) for game time I purchased for a friend through the digital store. I suppose it was just bad luck they decided to release a new mount on the same day my friend ran out of game time, at least that was my original way of thinking until I found out....people that have ordered the mount after I have ordered the game time have gotten their mounts. Multiple people in fact. So that tells me Blizzard is far more interested in cattle shooting everyone though queues for a one time $25 payment for a vanity item while shafting those wanting to pay to play the actual game.

I realize a lot of people will say "Oh it's Blizzard they can do as they want/they're just making money." But I still have the right to my opinion and the right to voice it and share it with others. I do not believe this is good business practice and it's really rather crappy of Blizzard to do.

It is unfortunate timing and our phones are also experiencing difficulties, this has nothing to do with you personally in paying for game time or buying a mount, our website seems to be going through heavy traffic at this time and all there is to do right now is wait.

I know this does not solve your issue, but please be patient while we work on restoring service and helping everyone as quickly as possible.

Recently on Tichondrius the spam from individuals in a high rbg/arena rated guild is getting worse than gold spam.

Every night its the same thing from them, the problem is...they're doing illegal activitys behind the scenes. They sell gladiator rating, 2200, 2400, and so on. The problem is they tell you to contact them via skype.

I did my own investigation, it turns out they charge you real life currency (USD), and have one of their desginated and experienced players of your class login to your account and play for you. I'm sure this kind of " carrying " is illegal. And it's being spammed in trade chat every day on Tichondrius. (While there is no in game proof, its quite obvious if you look at the IP's of individuals who contact them, they keep all their conversations on skype to avoid any suspension.)

How is this still going on? The spam in trade is worse than even gold spammers, and these guys are posting these advertisements on there mains. I know Blizzard can trace IP's and see if there's some un usual activity but...they've been doing business on Tichondrius since late Season 9.

At this point, I just thought I'd get some opinions of the community, and have a nice calm constructive conversation regarding these R1/Multi Glad players violating the ToS and getting away with it.

Even though these transactions are considered unsupported, and we may not able to assist if players do not follow through with their agreements, "carrying someone" is not against the rules. However, you are more than welcome to report any players that you feel may be involved in suspicious activities, such as win trading or exploiting of some sort for investigation.

Unfortunately, for the time being I am unable to see exactly what you asked for in your petition. I am only guessing that there may have been a confusion in what you were asking for, the best way would have been to ask for the specific refund of the gem itself, Bold Chimera's Eye or the Chimera's Eye. Perhaps the game master may have been confused as to which one you were requesting a refund for, since you have the same gem socketed to your chest.

So then on the second response, the game master somehow was further confused and thought you were requesting the gem that was socketed to your chest and not the bracers, regardless, it is always important to be detailed in what you are asking for specifically, specially when you are requesting a refund for gems, enchants etc., this however, does not mean that they are incompetent, there was a miscommunication on what you requested. As well as you made a mistake in geming the item, they may have made a mistake in their responses to you.

It is possible that they still may not be able to refund you this gem, and in reality 1 daily can replace this gem if really needed, that is not really hard to do, not sure about you, but most Jewelcrafters stack tokens to have them as needed, to prevent this in the future please be careful when adding gems your items.

I never said you wouldn't, it was just 1 reason as to why it wasn't automatically applied to some, because the fix didn't pick up those who transferred. You will get a definite answer from a game master.

The only guideline was the date time line, however, what I mentioned was specific to the OP.

To clarify the transfer may have been one reason why they did not receive the honor.

Obviously a quick skim over and cut and paste response. Since I was already aware of the forum post he linked me I which was just asking people to let blizz know if you should be getting compensation but hadn't I figured him being a GM he would put my toon on some kind of list. Figuring that like the last time the compensation was messed up you guys would have to wait till maintenance I just moved on... I would logically have been put on some kind of list if that GM had any sense at all. Unfortunately I logged on today to see that I did not get any compensation. This GM literally did nothing. I would like to know when I can expect my honor compensation and why I did not already receive it, as in was it something I should have done or just another case of GM cut and paste service?

After some research, I am not quite sure what happened here, other than the 3 obvious reasons why you may not have received the compensation.

    1. If you transferred your character, it may have disqualified you, when the fix was applied.
    2. If you had deleted the items bought, the fix would have also disqualified you.
    3. Last would be if you did not actually purchase the items during the time line mentioned.

If you feel none of the 3 apply to you, I would suggest to re-open a ticket so they can investigate your case, once again. Other than that, there is not much we can do for you on the forums, my apologies.

As a matter of fact, charging an in-game imaginary currency for in-game imaginary items or service has nothing to do with any ethnic group or religious background. It has nothing to do with stereotypes, slavery, persecution, torture, genocide, or any of those terrible things. So when I do not appreciate the nomenclature or attitude of the many terrible people in Trade Channel, what happens? They seem to think that nothing happens, that money overrules injustice for your company. Is that true? Please Blizzard, does my family need to be paying money to play your game? What happens to these people, and how can I make sure it is enforced? Is there anyone at Activision legal branch whom I can contact for clarification?

No, Blizzard does not approve of racism. It is recommended that players report these players in-game or by ticket in our website here: https://us.battle.net/support/

As to what happens or what we do to these players, that information is never disclosed. However, for an idea as to how our penalty system works, you can find some useful information here:
