Much the same in Norwegian. ;) Warrior - Kriger Hunter - Jeger Priest - Prest Druid - Druide Shaman - Sjaman Rogue - Skurk Death Knight - Dødsrytter or Dødsridder Paladin - Paladin Mage - Magiker Warlock - Trollmann (male) / Trollkvinne (female) (or Trollkar / Trollkjerring) Reminds me of when we tried finding Norwegian names for all the specialist wizards in AD&D 2nd Ed. :p |
The next phase of raid testing is as follows:
Monday, May 16 EU 19:30 CEST - Alysrazor, 10 player US 4:30 PM PDT - Alysrazor, 10 player Tuesday, May 17 EU 19:30 CEST - Baleroc, 10 player US 4:30 PM PDT - Majordomo Staghelm, 10 player We will be testing on both EU and US PTR realms initially, with other regions to come later. 25 Player and Heroic testing will happen later in the PTR testing cycle. As always, the schedule can change at a moment’s notice due to issues with the build, server, encounter, or the fickle, fickle nature of designers. The encounters are all a work in progress; there will be bugs and tuning is not final. |
...but the topics are supposed to related to the game, not the forums. Got feedback about the forums? Check the sticky thread. The one saying "please read", y'know. :) |
With the level 1 Druid, no. With the linked Protection Warrior who doesn't die, of course!
|
As seen by the responses, this is perhaps not the most constructive way to go about starting a balance discussion. Maybe take a deep breath, step away from the keyboard for a bit, then try again.
Locking this. |
Unless you mean the WoW character Akon (and if so, which one?), this isn't even remotely WoW related. Feel free to create a thread about Warcraft celebrities though. How would you rate Garrosh and Thrall?
|
When the issue first occurred, yes, but it came up some time before the backbone issue was solved. It's more general advice though, not only specific to this particular incident. :) |
It's fully possible to share differing opinions without resorting to insults and ridiculing other views than one's own. Closing this. Please feel free to create a new thread to carry on in a more constructive manner.
|
Please refrain from using unnecessary capital letters in the thread subject. Feel free to restart the discussion with a less visually intrusive title.

I change what I do based on the purpose, the character and how much time I want to spend. If I want a new high-level character to play actively, I do quests and guild group dungeons, and leave professions for later. I might have some friends rush me through some of the content for quick rewards.
If I want to gain more hands-on experience with the game content (which is kinda convenient to have when gathering player feedback), I pick zones based on which ones I haven't played yet with that faction and make sure to complete all quests. When I wanted to get into tanking again I did dungeons almost exclusively, hardly ever stepping away from the path between the auction house and my class trainer. Haven't tried pure killing-spree grind (no instances, almost no quests) since... hm... vanilla, maybe. |
05/12/2010 5:32Posted by MsdoubtfullHey Thundgot, there seems to be a problem with the quoting function. Something about tripple-quoting (quoting a quote of a quote), it seems. I'm pretty sure it's reported and being worked on, but will check to be sure. |

As Jiposs said, please keep posts on these forums in English only. We - Blizzard staff - need to be able to understand the language of your post both to respond and to make sure you're not posting something violating the forum guidelines and the laws under which these forums operate. And the only language we can guarantee all of us know is English.
On the topic: localising to any additional language is a monumental task and a decision based on thorough evaluation, the details of which we may not disclose. Whether we will add more languages in the near future we cannot say, but allow me to assure you we do care for the Italian community as well as all the other language communities which do not have a dedicated localisation and at least currently fall under the "English" umbrella. Specifically for the Italian community, you may wish to check out out official Italian fan sites at battlecraft.it and wow.multiplayer.it for Italian language forums, though you're of course very welcome to participate on these forums in English. And you would maybe wish to keep an eye on trade and game events in Italy for news of Blizzard attendance. While we can make no commitment for upcoming events, we have been at Lucca Comics & Games for the last three years and would love to be able to take more opportunities to meet up with Italian players. :) |
Only if we also add Tauren Rogues for Guma and me, so I can make one and name him FlexiBull.

04/12/2010 23:21Posted by MipsyBirds of a feather flock together. Strider Clutchmother, the unique tallstrider in Darkshore where murlocs surround the sea creature carcasses on the shore? |
04/12/2010 23:21Posted by MipsyBirds of a feather flock together. The rhythm of that riddle is brilliant, especially the first three lines. :) Am I allowed to guess? I kinda feel I shouldn't. :p For the one I posted: nope, not the Dark Iron Dwarves or the Black Dragonflight. |
Did I ever mention you guys are awesome? :)
Will try one of my own, in an old form. Hopefully not too cryptic. Our first the colour of the night Our breed the leaders of the fight Our last; foundation - stone be thee Our name made legend in seconds three |
