I feel quite different about that actually, with Double Time and Juggernaught, Bladestorm, Safeguard and also Avatar; warriors will have a nice little array of abilities to escape snares, roots and other abilities. If you rotate these abilities well, you could have quite a nice amount of up time.
I really think that sounds like a cool idea. My personal feeling is that it would be awesome if Avatar was able to be toggled with a health or rage per second cost. But we will have to wait and see as to how the warrior class develops into the future of the Mists beta. :) |

We do realise that this system does not address all of the issues affecting low population and faction imbalanced realms, but we do feel that it will improve things quite a bit. This is a brand new technology being developed for World of Warcraft, with the purpose of bringing life back to the more barren parts of the world, so this is only the start. What needs to be understood with the cross-realm zones technology is that it opens more doors to future systems that could help with those other matters as well.
This system will actually assist you in finding players to PvP and PvE with, not to join your guild, but they can join you through the cross-server groups and raids features. While levelling up you will once again have more players in the world to interact with. With friendly players, you will be able to interact with them and maybe end up on each other’s friends’ lists, and grouping up again later for either PvP or PvE. With more players of the opposite faction running about, you will also have more world PvP too :) This technology and the systems surrounding it are still in development and as such your feedback on them is greatly appreciated. We hope to have more innovative technologies and systems coming in the future that will keep improving the World of Warcraft experience for everyone! ^^ |

We want to confirm that at this time all World of Warcraft Annual Pass (http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/blog/3170106) subscribers have been invited to the Mists of Pandaria beta test, with two groups of exceptions. One exception are those that purchased an Annual Pass on or after April 18, who will receive their invite in a future wave. The second exception is a small list of remaining accounts from previous waves that encountered an additional error, and will be properly flagged for beta access as soon as we can resolve the issue.
If you haven't yet purchased an Annual Pass you still have time to guarantee your spot in the beta by signing up for a year agreement (http://eu.media.blizzard.com/wow/promotion/wap/en-gb.html) before the offer expires on April 30. Those taking advantage of the Annual Pass receive Diablo III for free, access to the Mists of Pandaria beta, and the exclusive Tyrael’s Charger flying mount for your World of Warcraft characters. Update May 9: The World of Warcraft Annual Pass promotion ended May 1, and all remaining Mists of Pandaria beta invitations have recently been sent. |
Sorry to come back to this so late. But I just wanted to let you know that we plan to have the level 90 realm up as soon as possible after the release of Mists of Pandaria, it may even be accessible within weeks after the release but this is not guaranteed. "What does this mean for me?" you might ask, well this means that you may be able to access the Mists Arena Pass realm and get the epic PvP gear long before it is possible to have close to the same level of gear on the live realms. So you may be able to have access to the best PvP gear on the Arena Pass realm before most people will even have any on the live realms. :O |

We now actually have a dedicated Look for Players - PvP forum that you can use to find people for your Battleground or Arena team. Please be sure to use that forum for this :)

Thank you for your feedback regarding this, however the information stating you have access to the Arena Pass realm for six weeks is correct :) The Arena Pass is available and playable on for exactly six weeks as can be seen below:
Practice Phase This makes three sets of two week phases where the realm is active, totaling 6 weeks of being able to play on the Arena Pass realm. Hope that clears this up for you :) Edit: You can see more information about the Arena Pass phases either in the blog or in our sticky thread by Dalrian that contains loads of information about the Arena Pass. |

Would really like to play my all-time favourite combo: Shadow Priest, Resto Druid, Rogue.
So much fun to play ^^ |
Well, we would really like to have a greater variety of PvP trinkets. This means that healers will hopefully have more trinkets to choose from too :) |
|
What is this Dalrian!? You beat me to posting here by four seconds? Must..type...faster!!! O.O

The issue where players are changing to human to get the second PvE trinket is something that we want to address in Pandaria. Understand that we want the human racial to be appealing and at this time it is, but we feel that the main issue is that PvP trinkets do not compete with PvE trinkets well enough to validate their use over being human.
With PvP trinkets having PvP power and defense stats in Mists, they will be much better for PvP than the PvE ones. We would also like to introduce a greater variety of PvP trinkets to increase their appeal even further :) |

They can be from any Arena Season, or shots of you on the Arena Pass Realm once it is live. So no need to rummage through old files, you can take newer and possibly even more awesome ones now! :D |
I am no crab, I am a Scorpion! With big nasty pincers :o |

It seems that the Arena Pass realms first days are fast approaching and those who signed up will be getting access on the 25th of April. While you are testing your mettle in the arena, both on the live realms and Arena Pass, we would like to see the screenshots of your endeavours to become a master of combat.
If you have or now plan to take screenshots of your grand bouts in the arena, then email them to us at fanart-contest-eu@blizzard.com with the following subject line: “[Arena] Character Name, Arena Team Name, Guild name” (not required but preferred to give credit to you) and a short caption for your screenshot in the body of the email. We look forward to receiving your arena screenshots — See you on the Arena Pass realm fighting for the hight of glory! |
|
Be sure to keep an eye on your Battle.Net account then if you signed up for the Annual Pass, as you may be one of these 250,000... Hope you are all as excited in getting into the beta as we are in bringing it to you! :)

Please, keep up the magnificent discussion that you are having here as this is a great thread that is highly constructive and helpful.
I have seen several posts similar to this in the thread so far and I just want to clear up a misconception regarding our posts. We community members not posting in a thread does not mean that we have not read it or that the feedback contained in it is not important to us. We assure you that we are aware about the topics discussed in our forums and are constantly monitoring them for your feedback. Please do understand that the forums are a place for the community themselves to discuss the game and give feedback as well as have interaction with us members of the community team, passing on information or just interacting and having fun with you all. Now, on topic :) I have already commented in your Arena system needs to evolve thread and it was a very good read, so I will move onto your other points. About the “Roller Coaster” feel that you commented on, there will always be nerfs and buffs and that is because we want to achieve the best balance possible among the classes. However, we do our utmost to limit actual spell/ability changes that effect rotations to expansions only, and that is only if we feel it will greatly improve the class. The new talent system should make constant changes less necessary too, especially with regard to forced respecs since the talents are now more utility-based. In my own personal opinion about changing classes because of a nerf, I feel that I will play what I enjoy the most and right now, as it has been in the past is my warrior. But because in some parts of arena he may struggle does not make me want to play it less. Your portion about instant CC, healing and damage is very well structured and thought out, the same goes for your comments on self-healing and blanket silences. This is a great thread Rasen, that we can see you have dedicated a lot of time to writing and we hope to see more excellent feedback like this coming from everyone on the forums. |
We have additional information coming about the Arena Pass realm next week, hopefully any questions you have will be answered then. So be sure to keep your eyes on the blog :) |
