I have been disrespected too much! ENOUGH!

blizz -> wysłany:
First of all, I'm sorry for my English, it's not my first language. Second of all, sorry about the size of this, but I am feeling very disrespected by Blizzard, and I have to expose my (and thousands of other players') feelings about this.

I come to this english forum to talk about a SERIOUS matter that has been the reason THOUSANDS of players are mad about, or quitting the game. I am talking about the situation with the Brazilian servers. I come to this forum so I can talk with people who can actually SOLVE problems, and solve them fast.

It's been 3 weeks since the launch of WoW officially in Brazil. However, me and THOUSANDS of other players have been playing this game for a long time. I played in Gurubashi, which was a high population server, with at least 70% of the players there being Brazilian. And I don't even have to talk about other forums, which obviously had as many Brazilian players, or more.

The fact is that Blizzard miscalculated and only created 2 servers, 1 PVP and 1 PVE. A week after that, Blizzard created another PVP server (and openned it for new players only). And some days ago, created a fourth server.

The fact is that the Brazilian players have been disrespected over and over again since the Brazilian launch. 2 days after the launch, the Nemesis server had queue lines of over 2k players. Blizzard openned 2 new servers, and now the same problem is happening with Azalon. over 2k queue lines. It's taking over 1 hour and 30 minutes to log in the game EVERYDAY.

I am pretty sure you guys already know about all this and the mess that are the Brazilian forums nowadays.

It's been 3 weeks already, and nothing is being done to solve our problems. As a customer who plays this game for over 3 years WITH NO INTERRUPTION, I feel EXTREMELLY HARMED by all this. I AM PAYING for this game. I HAVE BEEN PAYING for over 3 years.

Blizzard did a very poor job in planning and now the situation is that THOUSANDS of players are feeling harmed by Blizzard.

We now have 1 server (Nemesis) which is EMPTY. 1 server which is FULL (Azralon), and 1 server that is being wasted (Tol Barad) because only new chars can be created there. And we cannot even TRANSFER OUT of Azralon because the transfers ARE DONE???

We were promised FREE TRANSFERS. We were promised that MANY (over 10) servers would be able to transfer to these new Brazilian servers, but the free transfers were closed IN 1 DAY BOTH TIMES THEY WERE OPENNED!! It was obvious from the start that this would happen. Please don't tell me that you had no ideia this would happen. And it doesn't even matter. BLIZZARD PROMISED that ALL the Brazilian players would be able to transfer to these new Brazilian realms. Yes, you guys said the transfer COULD be closed at any time, but OBVIOUSLY there was a miscalculation from your part, and IT'S NOT FAIR to open free transfers FOR HALF A DAY ONLY. And it's not fair for people to LOCKED inside a server that has such HUGE queue lines.

As a loyal customer for over 3 years, I feel not only extremelly harmed by this atittude from Blizzard, but also EXTREMELLY DISAPPOINTED by the lack of communication and respect with us Brazilian customers.

What are we to do now? Continue playing in a server overpopulated?? Wait everyday in the queue line for hours before being able to log in??

There have been many ideias thrown out by the player base, but apparently nothing is being done to solve the problem. All we've been told so far is that MAYBE Blizzard will try to solve this problema AFTER December, in January.

Sorry, but this is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. We are paying for the game. We were promised something that has not been delivered by Blizzard, and we have been ignored in the forums for too long now.

Seriously, I DEMAND some answers. I think this is the least Blizzard can do to show thousands of loyal customers that something is being done. Why not open free transfers from Azralon to Nemesis for a short period of time to balance the population of the 2 servers? Why not create another server and open free transfers to this new server ONLY from the server that is FULL and from the others that were promised free transfer but didn't get them??

All in all, SOMETHING must be done FAST. This cannot go on much longers. Blizzard, being the company it is, has always shown commitment with its player base. I am a huge, and loyal Blizzard fan, which is why I have stuck with this game and this company for so long. But even people like me have limits. This month has been the most terrible month in my history of playing WoW, and has been a giant pain in the neck and has shown me that maybe Blizzard is not everything I've always thought it was.

Please, speak with us. Tell us what is happening. Help us please.

I think we all just need to step back and calm down, NOW. OP, to help you further, you'd be best served addressing this on the BR forums where the CMs who oversee those particular forums can help you address your concerns. I understand you want to be heard, but the CMs on the BR forums are best able to address your issues.

As far as the BR forums being 'mean', take a page from my book and other's books as well. Be a leader in reforming the BR forums. It takes effort and time, but in the end, wouldn't you rather have a more communicative and productive forums rather than a trollfest?

Hopefully, this will point you in the direction you need to go and help you get the issue you're having addressed.

Another tip I would give you is this: think before you type. Posting in rage, or anger is NOT a good way to get your point across nor do people respond to demands very easily. Good luck in your quest and hopefully you'll have some answers sooner rather than later. /Gnomefist

I appreciate the problems you've seen and your feelings on the matter, but first and foremost this is not the appropriate place to bring regional concerns outside of North America. Each region is responsible for the communication and handling of their region's services and support. I don't have any knowledge of the situation or any ability to really explain current developments.

So, that said, I contacted one of our Brazilian community managers and directed me to a number of stickies regarding the issue (which I can't read...) including this one which appears to be updated very frequently.

I can only recommend you continue to discuss and offer constructive feedback on your region's forums.
