To hold you over until a better solution appears, I went ahead and dumped db.mmo-champion.com into a json file. It has almost all of the fields that the offical API provides. I went ahead and just put one item on a line since people were already having trouble with the AH data dump size. If you are using PHP you would want to just read it line by line.
If anyone would like some additional data that is easy for me to add I could go ahead and make a second dump with extra fields. The same goes for any other static data that isn't currently provided.
