I recently put in a ticket regarding the achievement "Nagrand Slam" because I'd been stuck at 67/75 quests. To be precise, here's my ticket:
I'm currently questing in Nagrand for the "Nagrand Slam" achievement and have found that I cannot get past 67/75 quests before I've run out. I've checked WoWhead, but it proved little help. Is there any way a GM could direct me to certain quest-giving NPCs, or alternate ways to quest in Nagrand?
Thank you. :D
The response I was given was cookie-cutter at best, and completely ignoring me at the worst:

This response told me absolutely nothing- it didn't even attempt to address the general category of what I needed help with. The entire script looks like it could've been created as an automated response.
I would've been less upset had I not had to wait 2+ days for my issue to be addressed; I'm a patient person, but when I'm looking simple response to a question that can be answered without much hassle, this is unacceptable.
And before someone says "Well, a GM can't just tell you where to quest", I had this SAME problem in Hellfire Peninsula, where I contacted a GM and got an in-game response. Not only did she tell me the name of several questgivers, she told me what quest-giving items I could find, and direct links to WoWhead pages of where the items could be found.
Blizzard (and I do hate addressing an entire corporation as just one name), this idea of "service" is unacceptable.
