Alliance mostly. Though I do have a Horde character I get to max level each expansion just to see that side of things.
I do raid (infrequently at the moment until BfA comes out). I don't really raid lead any more though. My last stints as a full-time guild leader/raid leader were back in Wrath.
I'll get some flak for this but right now it's honestly Pet Battles. Before pre-patch I focused a lot on getting 36/36 on the Mage Tower, but post pre-patch I'm actually diving into Pet Battles which is a system I'd only really dabbled in briefly since Mists came out. Other than that, I tend to enjoy doing M+ or Random BGs with friends.

Wow 2 pages already! I'll answer what I can from the first page.
I went to the Worldwide Invitational in Paris back in 2008. Blizzard Careers had a booth there. I filled out a form, not expecting much to come of it as I couldn't see how my previous experience would apply to Blizzard. A few months later (I'd completely forgotten I'd even applied by that point) I had a phone call with someone in Blizzard HR, then I was invited to the Cork for some in-person interviews a week later. 2 weeks after that I uprooted my life in London and moved countries to Cork, Ireland to work for Blizzard. Just under 3 years ago I moved to Versailles, France when I joined the WoW Community Team. :) (insert jokes about being a British person in France here)

I'm a bit of a mount collector. Although I no longer run stuff week in week out. If I need a bit of a break that's usually the content I go back to, just to roll the dice and try my luck.
Everything. Even in games like Overwatch I tend to be the person who picks last to fill in whatever's needed. WoW's a lot like that for me too, I generally level at least one of each role and switch around as needed.
I wouldn't say I ever get completely bored but there's definitely times I play WoW less. I usually use those times to catch-up on single-player games I've missed, or TV shows I need to catch-up on.

No. I would love to have both a dog and a cat (I grew up with 2 dogs, 3 cats and a hamster so I'm used to having pets around) but my current apartment is pretty small and I'd feel bad about leaving any animal cooped up in there all day long.

I do not. I did briefly for a few weeks during Warlords of Draenor but that was a short-lived thing (mainly due to not enjoying the class I was playing at the time as much as my main).

It's spelled Aerythlea. One of the rules when I joined the community team was that our forum avatar names could not have any (or only very few) hits on search engines. This is why, throughout the years, so many Blues have had very difficult to pronounce names!
I really like the celebration wands from the anniversary. It's fun to have a raid full of murlocs. :p My favourite battle pet is the Wolpertinger. I did consider having that as my avatar originally!
