The one character talked about the most on the forums, whether from a good pov or a bad one, is unquestionably Sylvanas Windrunner.
Sure, she's died 3 times (that we know of) at the current count, but she's still going strong.
It therefore begs the question, "Do you think Sylvanas will ever actually 'die'?"
I think she won't.
For starters, here on Earth, there would be so many tears that it would make Noah's 'rain for 40 days and nights' look like a little puddle.
Serious money will have to be spent and the rich, being the rich, will not want to part with it therefore only home made, possibly quite sinkable arks would be built. Animals will have to be taken in 2 by 2, and the extra weight will invariably result in the loss of many of those arks.
Generally speaking, therefore, the disaster will be of such a magnitude that it could well mean the end of the human race as we know it. Plus long before the first Ark set sail, Blizzard's servers would be under a number of km of water and offline, so no one would actually be playing, all the forum 'Blues' and the 'devs' would be out of jobs. (Plus Arks don't come with an internet).
However, even Arks that made it would not be safe since when it was accidentally discovered that Sylvanas is actually the glue that holds the very multiverse together. It was instantly realized that if Sylvanas were to go, everything that is, was, or ever could have been will quite possibly go belly up. Space, time, everything, will fade away and cease to exist. As can be realized, that would actually be quite ...... 'bad'.
Therefore, imo, Blizzard are very acutely aware what they can, and cannot do, with Sylvanas' life.
Long Live The Queen.
