It's time for a positive topic! I did it! I made it to the end! Prestige 25, Level 50! I am the Tactician! There is nothing more (at least until next season...)
Hooray! How long did it take you?
I made prestige 1 on Oct 5, 2016. I hesitated for a bit going further because that was the time when you had to manually prestige and reset all your honor talents to zero. Those were not happy days...
I averaged 25 days per prestige going from P1 to P15. I quickened the pace to average 12-15 days the rest of the way. My quickest prestige was 8 days: done during the 2017 Christmas holidays. WSG Scramble was the brawl and that place is a fountain of honor points! *drool*
How long did you spend per day doing PvP activities?
I am typically home every day at around 8pm. I dedicate probably one hour at most to PvP activity: getting all the honor WQs, and playing BGs and skirmishes to the first win of the day. Most efficient. For the most part, I was able to win on the first game played... and then call it a night! :D
What is your random BG score?
1,799 wins, 708 losses. Virtually all games were solo queued. I am not sure what percentage of those games were Legion only. Overall feeling was I was still very positive in the W:L ratio.
It also helped dramatically that Alliance has instant queues and bonus honor. It felt like cheating, but I can't complain! ;)
Primary spec played?
Protection! It's sleeper OP. Shh...
Why are your ratings so smol? D:
PvP friends nowadays are impossible to find! :'(
Do you have any alts?
This is my one and only baby!
Any advice to those actively climbing the prestige ladder?
Take everything in balance! Not just in Warcraft but life itself! The experience is all about the journey and not the destination. You will make it!
Don't complain. Just play. Learn all the tricks you can exploit! Gain experience. React faster. Play smart with your choice of battles. And do your best!
What will you do now?
Oh my gosh, I... I... I don't really know! :O
