We recently implemented a hotfix to address a bug that allowed Personal Ratings to exceed Matchmaking Rating. As a result, some players may notice that they do not gain or lose Personal Rating in the wake of a match. As more matches are played, these ratings will normalize and converge to the correct rating, and Personal Rating will then rise or drop accordingly.
In the meantime, we will continue to monitor the situation and make further adjustments if necessary.
We'll keep you updated with any new developments on this matter.
In addition to the DxDiag requested by Danellos, please also measure the temperature of your laptop while playing the game. You can do this using HWMonitor: http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html
Thank you guys for advising Wreckingball on this :)
If you have the possibility to copy the client from the old computer to the new one I'd suggest you do that as that should be the fastest way to have the game running on the new computer.
If that is not possible then log into your Battle.net Account Management website and download the client from there.
They're working on fixing the bug that causes the problem.
If you're unhappy with the GM's response you can give feedback via [email protected] but they won't be able to grant the XP you would have got if the cap had reset.
Ellifara is correct.
If you are not satisfied with the service you have received from the Game Master please email the [email protected] where your case will be revived again by the Management and you will receive additional feedback about it.
We are unfortunately unable to provide such feedback over the forums.
Allanonn is correct. There is no feature like that available. You could perhaps look for screenshots on the internet to see how your character would look as a particular race or maybe you can find someone in game with a similar gear to yours who plays a Paladin as a horde. :)
First please make sure to remove the Cache, WTF and Interface folders from your World of Warcraft account and then test this again to see if the issue persists.
If the issue is still there once all the addons are no longer active, please add this (and any other bug report you'd like to make) to our sticky where we collect such reports. You can find the sticky here: http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/1695060037
Yes it is. Just report it as spam (the right click thingie). If it's multiple people who do it, then report the whole lot. I do that :) The trade channel is for trading. Some of the chat will of course sometimes deviate a bit from that, and there has to be room for that as well. But the anal spam is just that - spam. So it naturally belongs no-where. Report and move on :)
This is the answer to your question Zenrix. Simply use the report spam on those players and the information will be passed to us for an investigation :)
If you have not received an item you should have, then please open a ticket in game and report it. Make sure to state the name of the item and the approximate time and date this has happened so a Game Master can investigate this :)
