I used to love when GM came when I was doing instance/raid/hanging around orgrimmar
and did some funny tricks, polymorphing people and growing huge, helping players,
pirate costumes, pumpkin heads, toy horses.. and the best, GNOME COSTUME! ;3
Why? What happened to you? :( I'd love to see gm's more often, especially when there is actually nothing much to do. :/

While you are speaking to an in-game support representative, it is worth bearing in mind that during busier periods they will have to contact a lot more people and as such things like appearing to players (while amusing and fun to watch) would mean that it would take longer to reach other players in the queue and increase their waiting time.
