Why oh why is there still not a Facebook style chat available on this site. Look Blizz I am not asking anything in return for my fantastic idea. But as someone who works as a user experience consultant, I would STRONGLY suggest putting a Facebook style chat function for people logged on to this site.
This would allow you to chat to your guildies and Real ID friends while on the site. This will aid stickyness and dwell time in general on your site.
YAY!!! Can't see absolutely anything wrong with this. I will even get it developed for you and wireframe it.

While I can't say we wouldn't implement additional features and improvements along these lines to the forums and RealID in the future, we have our developers working hard on other things right now ;)
That's really not the case, you've put your idea out there and people are giving their thoughts. Such is the nature of a discussion forum :) |
