So i frequently ask Game Masters about many things, such as suggestions on the gameplay, or, when i was a noob i used to ask them when patches will hit. Anyways, many times their response is to go post your ideas on the forums. Well i am wondering if my posts on the forums are read by blizzard or they just don't?
Would a blue respond to me or someone link me to a page where blizzard announces that they always read our posts?

It is still going on, it's part of the Community Manager job. Whilst the EU forums don't have a dedicated suggestion section due to legal issues, you should post suggestion and/or feedback in the section where it's most relevant to and one of the CMs will handle the rest. For an example, if I wish to provide feedback or put out a suggestion about the Paladin class, then I'll post in their own section.



In fact there is no Suggestion forum on the US forums either. Player feedback is handled in exactly the same way over here as it is there: We read the forums, gather player feedback across all topics and pass it on to the developers :-)
