Help on this Silverpine quest acheivement!!!!

I was doing What Tomorrow Brings (Ruins of Gilneas) but the quest Fall Back! which is supposed to start automatically didn't after " On Whose Orders?" which I remember doing. The quest is supposed to take me to Emberstone Village but nothing happened. Is this bugged of me because I have no where else to go where I can pick up quests. I'm at 41/55 at the moment.

I remember using the telescope on "What Tomorrow Brings" and thats it. nothing else happened.

Anyone know what I should do?
