Hi, I'm currently in a dungeon where the healer is refusing to leave or to accept a role check. Because a vote kick was already used to removed a DC'd tank we can't vote kick him. I've tried searching but I can't find any Blizzard specific clarification that these actions would constitute griefing. Does it, and as such should I use a ticket to report the healer?

By all means report the incident in a ticket and we will investigate and take appropriate action. It goes without saying, however, that you should try using any and all game mechanics at your disposal before writing the ticket, and I would advise ignoring the player so that you do not get grouped with them again.
