In-game Harassment Is Working

Hello, I am a guild master of a level 25 PvP guild on Korgath(US-PvP) and recently myself and my comrades became the target of very severe harassment.

First, I played at MLG a few times and won two tournaments, and my name is Reed Wise which is something a lot of people who PvP know very well. Anyway, some guys started spamming this link: [Removed] saying that I am a registered sex offender. Basically, any time during primetime on Korgath there are one or two people spamming that link, saying the guild master of <IT GETS BETTER> is a registered sex offender. I have opened more than 35 individual tickets requesting help with this issue, but it continues. I am constantly bombarded with angry tells from people who think I am a sex offender saying how pathetic it is, and how much they hate me, et cetera. I am not that person, people have seen me at tournaments and they know that isn't what I look like nor am I that old.

Anyway, that was just the first step. The next step was people messaging us to buy arena carries, paying us the gold and then logging out. Then, they'd page a game master saying we scammed them. My account has been closed 8 times in the last month for 1-3 days because of this. We stopped doing arena carries. People started applying to our guild, and we invited them. They started making deposits of like, 50,000g here or 25,000 there and our accounts would get closed for that as well - normally, I can write an e-mail and explain and it gets unbanned but, more often than not, the account closure stays for its full duration.

I had to change my name, I transferred to a new account and now whenever I log in I just keep /busy up and don't say anything to anyone in-game. People are constantly mailing me 20,000+ gold which I have to return(one time I let it sit in my mailbox so they'd stop mailing it to me, and I got banned for 3 days)

Anyway, finally my best friend who plays the game got permanently banned. We don't know what for, the reason just says, "abusing the in-game economy" which doesn't really mean anything(reasons have been very vague, one time the reason we got banned was "gm defraudument") and he got kicked out about an hour ago, and then just got the e-mail now.

I was in the process of submitting e-mails to Blizzard's PR department: the reason we have been playing so much, and so focused lately is because Skillbie has Leukemia. I was petitioning to get my Ancient Frostsaber(a discontinued epic mount) moved to his character, as he really likes it and the prognosis was really grim and not only did the PR department NOT respond, but now he is permanently banned!

We are a group of 10 friends who play and PvP together. People on the server just don't like us because we all got Gladiator this season and we still run around and do stuff that we find fun, which most of the time is PvP. It is not our fault that people get mad because we win a battleground or arena match. That doesn't make it fair for this to happen to us.

Anyway, his account is permanently closed today and he didn't do anything wrong. Just thought someone might like to know how unfair the game master system can be when there is no communication between game masters and the players they action.
