Does Blizzard read the forums?

Does blizz have people that read forums for good ideas to add in the game? if there is a good idea that a lot of people agree with it, they should put it in the game in a patch.Not everybody will like an idea but if most people seem to, they should do it (lets face it, there will never be something in a patch that everybody likes)
