Can you run a trace route to Dentarg, Jynne? This may just be a temporary issue somewhere along the line through the Internet.

Hit the Windows Key + R, and type:

cmd

In the command window, type:
tracert 206.17.111.92 > c:\trace.txt
You'll want to use your own realm's IP address in the example above, which you can find here:

It will take a few minutes to finish, and will make a trace.txt file on your c: drive. Open the trace.txt file, and copy and paste the contents into a new post. Please put "pre" tags (Code Blocks) around the results.

When your Trace hits our network, you will see this in the last several lines of the Trace Route:
* * * Request timed out.
This is normal, and intentional, on our part. Our network is set to not respond to Trace Routes.

Please also show or describe or email your Trace Route to your ISP. They can fully interpret and diagnose your Trace Route in detail, and run further tests.

You might also be able to delete the WTF folder in Safe Mode:

Or you might have to create a new User Account in Windows, and delete it when you're logged on the new User Account:

Can you boot into a Selective Startup (http://us.blizzard.com/support/article/backgroundapps), and list the running processes and services?

Hit the Windows key + R, and type:
msinfo32
Then hit Enter or Ok.

This will bring up System Information.

Click on the + sign next to Software Environments
Click on Running Tasks
Click on one item on the right side
Click on Edit, and then Select All (Or hit Ctrl-A)
Click on Edit, and the Copy (Or hit Ctrl-C)

Then Paste everything into a reply.

Then click on Services
Click on one item on the right side
Click on Edit, and then Select All (Or hit Ctrl-A)
Click on Edit, and the Copy (Or hit Ctrl-C)

Paste everything into the post, highlight everything, and hit the "pre" button (It says "Code Blocks" when you hover your mouse over it).

Let's try resetting your network first:

1) Shut down your computer
2) Unplug the router and the modem
3) Wait for a minute, and then plug the modem back in, and let it fully power up until all of the lights are solid.
4) Plug in the router, and let it fully power up.
5) Boot up your computer, and try to log in.
