And here I mean by Blizzard. Answer is: I do not.
Even though I think that Blizz do their job and read through LOADS of post every day, I think it can be somehow frustrating not to know if my message got through.
The problem is I do not know by which criteria Blizzard pick posts to read (if these criteria is published public please do give me a link, I would love it ^^, though haven't been abel to find any atm.).
Do Blizz pick the post with most replies? Or do they take the ones with the best headline? Or do they actually read EVERY post (which I find unrealistic though if it is done, it is an amazing customer service!)
My solution to this is a following:
Make a little sign in the top of the post when a blizzard employee have seen the post.
This will allow us, the customers, to know if we have been heard or if we still need to fight for our post.
It won't interfere with the tracking of the Blues and it won't required an answer form a Blue.
At-least I would be very happy to know that the last 3 posts (including this) I have made on the forums have been noticed at all.
As a side note, I think it is very important that the name of the Blue who has read the post do not occur in any way (thinking here on the privacy and working conditions of the Blues.).
The idea is just a suggestion for a nice customer service =)
(Since the suggestion forum is gone, I have posted it here)
Please do ask questions if I am unclear in certain parts of the post.
What do you folks think of this idea?
p.s. I know that every one want a blue respond, though I would be honored and glad if there was just 1 respond, taking in consideration that the biggest problem of this idea might be an interference with some employment rules for the Blues which I am unaware off. For example this can maybe be abused to see which Blue is the most efficient, which defiantly is not the point.
