Entire account yeah. |
As others have mentioned there is an Auction House in the Battle for Azeroth city hubs, if you’re an Engineer That was true back in Legion as well, during that time the AH in Dalaran in the Broken Isles was just for Engineers, it’s a perk for being that profession, your own little robo buddy Auctioneer. Warlords of Draenor you could build an AH in your Garrison. I don’t actually remember if there was one in Shattrath… it’s late and nearly my weekend though |
There is a system in place that’ll free up names from inactive accounts, as long as they have been inactive for at least the past 2 expansions. That would have last run at the release of Battle for Azeroth and freed up names on accounts inactive during Warlords of Draenor and Legion. If the name wasn’t freed up then and is showing as unavailable, the earliest that would be freed up is with the release of Shadowlands, but only if the account currently using the name had been inactive for all of Legion and Battle for Azeroth. |
In the past it used to be one giant bar, with the max just getting extended out with each update. Classic goes to 300 This makes catching up to current tiers as you put it a lot easier, you go to the trainer for the expansion you’re in, and you can get started without having to go up through all the old content, some of which may be very hard to come by materials for now. You can certainly go to the older ones, if you have a gathering profession to match your crafting then you can collect the mats you need yourself and collect all the things |
World trees in Azeroth don’t have a great track history really do they…
So a future home needs to be:
So maybe not another big tree Just a suggestion |

Economics class. Man am I bad at managing my gold… On topic I actually don’t know, maybe druid would be my least played class, mainly as I played a bit of everything else before trying druid. Reading the replies here some of them really could have been me at different points in my time playing WoW though, what I want to play at any given time depends on mood and what I want to do etc. |
Fair question I keep coming back to this thread as I find it kind of therapeutic, plus you know, cow gifs and pics are awesome |
Hmmm Yeah that’s a given, since I already know how things are going to work out. Seeing as I’d have no powers though, no abilities besides what I can actually do in real life… some of the random stuff that’s come into my head while reading this thread: I’d find a pin and go stab Katrana Prestor in the tush to see if she turns into a dragon. Or I’d become some kind of Nostradamus type figure writing prophesies of the future. Maybe play the Auction House a little if I can find some way to earn some silver (picking flowers as others suggested seems a good start) Befriend a Mage and see if we can work out some way to get in touch with Rhonin and Khadgar (without collecting several thousand of some random thing he wants) Tell Bolvar never to go to Northrend, ow and let him know where Varian is. Go sightseeing… I’m in Azeroth, I’d tour the city, “borrow” a horse, see Elywnn Forest and Westfall for real. Try to figure out what my natural aggro range is against some very very low level, possibly already wounded creature or NPC. |
Picking up a profession you previously abandoned won’t bring back recipes or skill levels, you would be starting again from scratch and have to level up each expansions skill and recipes list again. There is one exception for this, as Legion recipes for the most part were part of the quest chains and given as rewards, you can’t repeat those quests. That will only give you a way to get back Legion recipes that were quest rewards for quest you’ve already completed on this character though. For any other expansions recipes, you’d want to visit the trainers, discover from crafting, hunt for drops etc just like you did the first time around to collect those again. Hope this helps |
I can certainly understand the frustration with this one with how long it’s gone on. Some issues are not hotfixable and require a Patch to resolve them though. I’m still hoping to get the leather shoulders… maybe next time I clear Karazhan |
Get asked that a couple times alright, the Forum Ambassadors, so me and some of the other Blues who’ve popped up in here too: |

I saw the title, and I saw your name, and I got to admit I didn’t want to read it Wishing you the very best on where ever your adventures may lead you |
Just to add some Blue to this, we have seen an issue that causes Outlaw Rogues to be teleported to another part of the Firelands after using Killing Spree during the Ragnaros fight of the Anniversary Event. Sorry for any hassle there, will try update again with any news but keep an eye on the Hotfix posts too incase it’s posted there before I get a chance to share it: |
