With a hotfix that is now live, we’ve made the following adjustment: Experience granted to players in dungeons is now standardized, and does not change with the size of the player’s party. This standardized experience value is equal to what the leveling player would have previously earned in a 5-person party. Going into the pre-patch, dungeon experience was tuned around the expectation of full parties. However, we saw that taplist loopholes in combination with pre-patch changes to dungeon scaling revealed some extreme leveling tactics by fewer than 5 players. We want dungeons to remain lucrative, and to be a valid alternative to questing and other experience sources, rather than to overshadow them. |

We’d like to clarify some details about rewards from Horrific Visions. Items are awarded from Horrific Visions at the following milestones:
Each week, you can obtain each tier of rewards once , with a 100% chance to obtain the best reward that the you were eligible for on any given Horrific Vision. For example, if on your first run of the week you clear 2 bonus objectives and defeat the Vision boss, you’ll get an iLvl 430 item. If you then repeat that run, you’ll get the iLvl 420 item that you were eligible for (because you’re no longer eligible for an iLvl 430 item until the weekly reset). If you then perform a full clear, you’ll get the iLvl 445 piece. Please note: the presence or absence of other players in Horrific Visions does not influence the chance for an item to be rewarded. All loot tracking is personal , and a character must be alive and sane at the start of an encounter in order to receive credit. |

Hello. We’d like to clarify that nothing has been lost as a result of this issue. This is an issue with mail delivery, and we’re working to fix it. We currently expect that the fix is going to take a few days. During that time, the mail you can’t see is not subject to 30 days expiry. It will only begin counting down from 30 days once we’ve fixed it so that you can see it and interact with it in your inbox. |

Here are some additional issues that we have identified and are actively investigating:

Hello! We’ve seen some discussion among players about saving Titan Residuum for Season 4, and we want to make sure that it is well known that this isn’t necessary. We feel like most players don’t see a meaningful benefit from saving Residuum for the next season, and for a few players, saving Residuum has become an unhappy obligation. With the Visions of N’Zoth content update, the game will automatically convert your Titan Residuum into silver. At the start of Season 4, we’ll set the drop rates of Titan Residuum and the prices of the items that it buys to lower values. And thereafter, Titan Residuum will work in Season 4 just like it did in Seasons 2 and 3. Happy holidays! |
