HoF bugged loot, GM response.” wysłany:
So I know Blizz said they were working on a solution, but I just got this message in answer to my ticket.

[...]
I looked into your issue and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. I have sent you a gold reward for this LFR that will be waiting for you in your mailbox. Again truely sorry regarding this issue. This issue has been hotfixed and you will no longer have any more issues regarding lockout.

The issue that arises, however, is I (supposedly) won gear from my encounter. For me personally this is a non-issue and I have closed the ticket. The reason it is a non-issue is because the gear I would have gotten is not an upgrade. While I might have made a little more cash if I could have sold the gear, it isn't worth the effort.

What I DO take issue with is not everyone is in the same boat as myself. It means a lot more to other people who got screwed over and while I have been blessed by the RNG gods in LFR (6 freakin helms!), it is just wrong to let it slide for those others who have not had my luck.

If this was just a case of showing gear for everyone, I understand the problem. However it was a bug that showed gear that SHOULD have been won (as I understand it anyway). What to do? I don't have a clue. I would suggest giving the gear shown but from the slow response I can see that is probably not going to happen for a reason I hope is explained (though I imagine it has to do with logs). If that is not possible a few elder charms would be nice along with the gold reward. However, I just can't, in good conscience, set back and say nothing just because it wasn't a big deal to me.
CM's > GC > Devs > GC > CM's” wysłany:
I think it would go a long way if we could get a layout on this process a little more. From what I understand, CM's read the forums, crawl through it, pick up the information and then pass it to Ghostcrawler. He in turns takes that, sorts it more, pretties it up, and hands it to Devs who begin looking at it and making decisions. Once they have been made, or looked into or work load shifted to said project, they get back in touch with GC who in turns delivers the messages to the CM's to pass on to us if/when it is necessary/relevant.

If I do not have this process correct, please correct this.

So, in the hopes of getting a little more detail on how the setup works, the time it takes, etc etc could we please have some more information on the process.

For instance:
1.) How much time is spent on these forums?
2.) Is there a mandatory time spent?
3.) What constitutes something as noteworthy?
4.) In what format do you submit forum "buzz", suggestions, etc
5.) Do you report general overriding tones or do you site specific examples
6.) How often do you report/send in findings to GC
7.) How often does communication between CM and GC happen?
8.) How often does GC and Devs communicate.
9.) How can we make your job, GC job, and Devs job easier (possibly suggestion format etc)
10.) What examples are best to use to give GC and the Devs an accurate depiction of what has/has been happening?
11.) Is this list too long?
12.) Any idea on how/why dev workload is distributed?
13.) Does each (group of) CM(s) have a speciality?
14.) Do you often confer with each other? If so is there a set time to do so to catch certain posts?
15.) Do you submit reports individually or as a group?
16.) Is the absence of evidence the evidence of absence?
17.) Do you know how the eu/other fourms?
18.) Is there a method you guys use to observe/read other forums here? If so, what kind?
19.) What type of notes do you take if any?
20.) When you aren't allowed to talk about things, is that restricted to what the devs are doing (like "They are looking into it, and that is all I can say") or is it more like a complete gag order?
