Every time I open a ticket in game, It takes days and days to get a response. Which is always an obviously automated message which barely even touches on the topic in the ticket submitted.
If the ticket submitted has anything to do with concerns of game state in any means you're directed to the suggestions forum which doesn't exist anymore. I've opened 3 tickets over the last few months that ended up with pretty much same response about going to the suggestion forum which has been gone for some time. The most recent ticket response I received was actually today, and i was informed to go to said forums. Does Blizzard even care anymore about customer service?.. It's been on its way out for a seriously long time and it's only got worse and worse. I know this falls on deaf ears but maybe someone will read it.
