Every time I open a ticket in game, It takes days and days to get a response. Which is always an obviously automated message which barely even touches on the topic in the ticket submitted.

If the ticket submitted has anything to do with concerns of game state in any means you're directed to the suggestions forum which doesn't exist anymore. I've opened 3 tickets over the last few months that ended up with pretty much same response about going to the suggestion forum which has been gone for some time. The most recent ticket response I received was actually today, and i was informed to go to said forums. Does Blizzard even care anymore about customer service?.. It's been on its way out for a seriously long time and it's only got worse and worse. I know this falls on deaf ears but maybe someone will read it.

I'd have been happy to leave this discussion open, were it continuing in a progressive, constructive manner. But it is not, and that is why it has been locked.

Gôdmode, it does seem that the message you received was outdated. The best place to report such situations is to the feedback e-mail you have been provided numerous times: [email protected]. Our Game Masters are human and known to make mistakes from time to time, so providing this information to the appropriate venue to allow them to improve when they slip up is most appreciated. I'd appreciate if you would forward the information on as well.

The petitions you have been submitting were properly responded to with a redirection to the forums (albeit in a somewhat outdated fashion). Our Game Masters are not liaisons to the developers, and have no control over in-game changes themselves (be they bugs or suggestions to game play). While we no longer have a specific Suggestion Forum, we do want to hear your thoughts and feedback on the game. Those types of posts are best suited to the forum most appropriate to the content you are discussing (for instance, if it's a mechanic concerning Priests, post in the Priest forum). If no particular forum suits your needs, then please post in our General forum.

If it is something you believe may be a bug or unintended, please direct those to our Bug Report forum instead, as that would be better addressed by our Quality Assurance team, and they are the ones who moderate that forum.
