I read the following text and that last line really confuses me...
Scarlet Monastery and Scholomance are intended to be quick instances that keep their character but remove their less-favorable components. Surrounding zones will not receive quest and lore updates--it just seemed logical to update these because players always loved them.
My big question after reading this is:
Wouldn't it instead be more logical to do something about dungeons people NOT love so much? Why try fixing things which already are working fine and people already love?
I loved old Deadmines, but after you "updated" it I almost never play it. I now fear the same could happen to Scarlet monestary which today is one of my favorite places when leveling alts. The new Shadowfang keep is however okay though, but I still miss the old version.
Why not please just add new undiscovered areas in both Scarlet Monastery and Scholomance as new separate dungeons instead of tampering with the current ones?
