First off ive been a long time WoW player, but ever since Pandaria ive been playing on and off. Recently decided to check out WoW again after the WoD leveling experience.
This is my first character i ever played and i still use it to date.
Now first i wanted to note, i dont expect to many people still able to transmog to these specific sets and seeing as the only people capable of transmogging in this specific way are people that
1. Got to Legionaire + rank in vanilla
2. Are shamans or rogues
3. Changed faction
Now my questions.
when the transmog collection page comes in Legion, what happens to this type of restricted gear?
Will all pieces be made publicly available or will the class pieces for the character you obtained the rank with become available?

Because of the rarity of this situation i lolled when i looked at my profile but. The fist weapon on the left hand is... on the wrong side.
Now this is not to start a discussion about snowflakes and everyone having acces.
I feel transmogs are there to make people feel unique, and nothing is more unique than having acces to gear noone else in the world has acces to unless you fufilled the above requirements.
The current transmog of weapons is one of the few things thats still special (even now requires dedication) How will the transmog of these weapons be handled? i know id love to be able to use the staff on my lock, but i can also understand it if that wasnt made available.
