So I wanted to restore a toon and when I hit restore an error occured and he wasn't restored and I was put on 30 day CD again to restore... now i've gotta open a ticket but i'm sitting at a black box for 10 minutes before I can start that process and finally when I get past that i'll have to wait 3 days for a response.
I remember when you could simply call customer support and maybe wait a few minutes but you'll have your issue resolved within the hour but blizzard bailed its phone support for some reason and we are left waiting for days for a response. And sometimes you won't get the response you were looking for leading you to wait even longer. GG Blizz
And best part of all this is my sub ends in 22 hours... forcing me to resub before my problem is resolved
