Move 'Cinematic Subtitles' Option Request

To turn off the sound option can be found under "Sound" in "System".

However, to turn on/off the subtitles we have to go to:
- "Interface" -> "Display" -> "Cinematic Subtitles"

Personally I would have thought turning off the Sound would automatically enable the subtitles for cinematics and cut scenes, however this is not the case.
