Salty Crew - Garrison Ability

Turaraberd	wysłany: 10 lat temu Does anyone know where to find this or has it not been put into the game yet? I have been to wowhead, thotbot, and wowdb as well as others (too many to mention). If anyone knows where to get "Salty Crew" please post it here. Thank you

Thank you for the response. Is there anyway to counter "Expert Captain"? Yes. Use ships that have modifiers that increase success chance (Undead Crew, Human Crew, Pandaren Crew if it's a long mission), or sail under a buff like Air Superiority, or combine ships that modify each other.
