I've collected 35+ heirloom items, but I can't find the mount anywhere. Where can I access it?

you need to log into the character that earned the achievement. it's mailed to them.


This is the key. If you log into all of your characters to enable all of your heirlooms, you might have missed which character was online when your count reached 35. That is the character who has the present in their mail.
