Help Me... Which mog out of these two?

I like the second one a lot. I think the most successful transmogs are the ones that really focus in on a distinct 3 color palette. Helps it all read a lot better, and items that don't fit those three colors (in this case the eye on the shoulder) really pop a lot more. If it were me I might actually look for a different belt/boots to further focus the red highlights to fewer elements (not sure if anything else would match well?). I would probably also personally pick a different weapon, but I think it works fine.
