I maintain my guild's website (Icon of Earthen Ring), and I made a plugin that pulls our guild's roster info from the Armory API. There are quite a few characters that could not be "found" in the API, even though they are listed in the guild roster. I know the calls to the API are correct, because most of the 463 characters are getting their information returned successfully. There are about 105 that aren't pulling back the stats correctly though (so roughly 1/4 of them).
Someone helped me with my character that was having a similar issue - they said they had to delete and restore the character in order to get them to show back up in the Armory. Since this is a widespread issue across multiple accounts, I'm not sure if that's the right thing to do in this instance.
