Well, someone told me about it yesterday. Apparently you can queue for Celestials, Ordos, SoO raids, etc. and it pairs you up like LFD or LFR... but it's under the Social tab "other raids" instead of the LFR/LFD tab?
How long has this been out? Is it a good experience, the matching-up with others?
Seems like it's an equivalent to OpenRaid or oQueue, but I don't have to add any addons or give out my BattleTag to anyone?

The Raid Browser was implemented in patch 3.3, so Wrath of the Lich King. (!) It existed before that in some form as well, but I don't recall when or what that was really though. In 5.4.2 it was updated to allow cross-realm.
It should be noted that it is not the new group finder system - which will replace the Raid Browser - coming with Warlords of Draenor. |
