So... Arena pass is really quite enjoyable

After messing around in some 3's (various comps) i find myself massively enjoying the atr.

The queues aren't great, you meet the same comps as on live, there's still the same amount of instant cc and yet the games feel a lot more refined.

The lack of profs/pve trinkets toned down damage just enough that occasionally you can sit instant cc without calling out for defensives to be used. You no longer have to pop multiple cooldowns during the opener just to survive the 10k+ extra stats your opponents have proc'd and yet there's enough sustained pressure to keep the games tense outside of cooldowns.

It's really quite refreshing.
