While patchnotes clearly say that:
Divine Protection is now usable while stunned.
I've just tried it with another pala and for none of us (prot / ret) this didn't work.

I just wanted to clarify that it's not intentional that Divine Protection isn't usable during stuns and that we're aware of this issue. We understand that this is a little frustrating and confusing as the notes do say that it should be usable in stuns, but we're currently working on a fix for this and we hope to have this solved soon. :)
