Could someone tell me what can I do with Valor Points now?
In the previous patch I could upgrade my gear, but now I can't.
I am not to honored or exalted with any faction of MoP and I'm not planning to do dailies on this alt( Doing them on my main is enough).

There a 522 ilvl neck from shadowpan assualt you can get at neutral i heard. Exactly, that's probably the first thing you'll want to buy. Here's the neck:  Destroyer's Battletags - http://www.wowhead.com/item=95146 And the NPC where you can get it: http://www.wowhead.com/npc=70535 You can also level up other reputations without doing any dailies, just do scenarios and daily heroics once per day and make sure that you put a tick in the star on the reputation you'd like to level up in the reputation interface panel.
