Resolution problem

blizz -> wysłany:
Hey , so i set up my 34 inch new HD tv screen to my computer and its all good, but my wow seems to be abit more blurry now , anything i can do to make it less blurry??
thankyou.
blizz -> wysłany:
Hello there Tehzuka,

Most HD displays have a fixed number of pixels that they are able to display, as opposed to, for example, the old CRT monitor’s which could actually change the pixel density.
So basically what this means is that HD screens usually have what is called a “native resolution” and if you are aiming for the very best image quality on such a display, you will want to match the video input resolution to the resolution of your display, else what happens is that your system will convert the source resolution by scaling it up or down to match the native resolution, either way, that usually means blurry video and/or jagged lines.

So, I would recommend you to check what your HD screen’s native resolution is, and adjust the in-game resolution to match that one.

Moving this post to the technical support just in case you have any further issues or someone else has some better advice.
Enjoy Pandaria on your new screen!
