Refunding honor gear on wednesday?

blizz -> wysłany:
I have been searching a lot to see if this works, but found no definitive answer.
If I have 4,000 honor and, say 3 Wrathful items worth 1650 honor, which I buy tuesday evening, and I then log off within the "refund timer" (you may sell this item to a vendor within 1 hour 59 min for a full refund). Will I be able to sell this item wednesday when I log on for the full refund?
I know it was removed for conquest points gear, but that would obviously give an unfair advantage, while this merely saves you some time farming honor wednesday.

Please only answer if you have "proof", or clearly state if it is only a guess.
Please link to blue posts if you can find any.

Tyvm.

P.S. A blue respons would also be appreciated

If they have an answer, they'll reply with it. :)

This is indeed true.

As far as I know all items that has a refund timer on them becomes non-refundable during maintenance to prevent exactly this. This is how I remember it being in the past and it happened in the last season so you should assume it will happen this time as well, however no guarantees.
And as is this :O

When new seasons started in the past, we reset the refund timers on all Honor gear to prevent players from exploiting the system and saving more currency than intended. It would be fairly safe and probably clever for you to assume this for season 12 as well to avoid some very harsh realizations tomorrow morning :(
