Make sure you 'resume' and jump into the actual game with a character. You should get an achievement and a bunch of unlock popups. |

If you're still not receiving your portraits or banner/sigils, try logging into account management and changing your password. This can sometimes force a 'refresh' of your account info, which may resolve them not appearing. Once that's done feel free to change your password back to whatever you like.
