See some of the best-known pro gamers from all over the globe battling it out for your viewing pleasure in StarCraft II show matches at our booth on Friday at 12:30 and 17:30, on Saturday at 10:30 and 17:30, and on Sunday at 13:00. Some of the top names in eSports will be there to show off their skills and have a great time in the process, including players from our StarCraft II World Championship Series global tournament.
The matches will be expertly shoutcasted by well-known German commentator HomerJ. Are you a StarCraft II noob and want to learn more? Don’t miss our StarCraft II Academy session on Friday at 12:00, where HomerJ will also teach you how to get an edge on your opponent. But Blizzard eSports isn’t just about StarCraft! You can also watch as two well-known international World of Warcraft guilds take down mighty enemies during exciting live raids on Saturday at 13:00 and on Sunday at 10:30. On Saturday, witness members of the international guild Method take down the main Cataclysm raid bosses, followed by an epic PvP fight among guild members. On Sunday, members of the long-standing elite German raiding guild For The Horde – with many accomplishments under their belt, including a world-first kill of Cho’gall in Heroic mode – will dash through the Dragon Soul raid in 25-man Heroic mode. For more live World of Warcraft action, watch via live stream as some of the world’s best PvP players compete in the 2012 European World of Warcraft Invitational. Eight teams of three players will battle it out for a prize pool of $30,000 USD, with the top two teams moving on to represent Europe in the BWC Global Finals in China. The competition will be shoutcasted by well-known PvP player Azael, as well as Conradical. It will be hosted by ESL at their booth and the grand final will be streamed live onto Blizzard’s giant screens on Sunday at 16:00.
