I am having major lag and disconnection issues today (6/27/12). I called technical support and a nice computerized voice told me that they could not take my call and to go to battle.net and their Twitter page for answers. This is just bad customer service and I am just about done with Blizzard. $14.99/month,for what? Consumers have rights, obviously,Blizzard does not care about their customers. be seeing you.

If you're still disconnecting, please create your own thread, and post as much info about your connection as you can:
I would start with these suggestions, and we can troubleshoot from there. ________________________________________________ Support Information http://us.battle.net/support 'Constant change is here to stay.' |

Alright. Now that this thread is in Technical Support territory, I'm going to lock it. The thread quickly derailed and there was never any technical information provided anyway.
If you're getting disconnected or seeing latency when trying to play World of Warcraft, please create a new thread and include the following network information along with a description of the issue:
* Firewall (McAfee, Norton, ZoneAlarm, etc.) * Network Adapter make, model, and driver date and version: http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?locale=en_US&articleId=21137 * Router make and model * Cable or DSL Modem make and model * Is the connection wired or wireless * Traceroute to realm: http://us.battle.net/support/en/article/world-of-warcraft-traceroute ________________________________________________ Technical Support Want to speak with someone directly? http://us.blizzard.com/en-us/company/about/contact.html Check your G-diffuser system! |
