This is something that has been puzzling me, so I wanted to get some public thoughts.
I was just reading through a thread and a 'casual' player said it was unfair that he couldn't get the t13 gear as he doesn't want to raid, just do dungeons.
Why is it unfair?
If you don't want to raid, you don't get the rewards, no?
It's like me asking my boss for a Christmas bonus but I want half the year off work.
And anyway, if you don't want to raid, why do you want the raiding gear so much? :s
