Ahh… It is Friday! The end of the week is upon us, and one feels giddy just thinking of all the fun to be had this glorious weekend. But wait! Before we start whistling innocently and casually walk out into the hallway to empty the vending machine of all those awesome waffles and then run off into the sunset laughing like maniacs, it is time for the Community News… After all, no Friday is truly complete without the latest fan site updates, WoW comics, and of course the forum watch.

Fansites:

• Polish site Battlenet.pl offers a Polish translation of the answers from round II of "Ask Creative Development". This site has also posted a preview of the Dungeon Journal that will be added to the game with Patch 4.2, and don’t forget to check out their War Games FAQ as well.
• Czech and Slovak site WoWFan.cz has posted an article about this year’s Midsummer Fire Festival as well as a lore piece about Ragnaros. You might also want to check out the latest contest on their site if you are interested in winning some copies of the World of Warcraft Ashbringer comics.
• Italian site Battlecraft continues telling the story of the crafty Gnomes in the Share Your Lore section of their site, and they have also posted a complete guide to Midsummer Fire Festival.
• Hungarian site WoW-Hungary has updated their L2P section with a neat beginners guide to the Auction House.
• English site Manaflask has interviewed PvP veteran Christopher a.k.a. Sockersot from Sweden, who shares his insights on playing competitively. This interview also received the Community Challenge Editor's Choice award!
