You should really take the time to read said criticism and take it to heart. The people making them are, after all, the people paying your salaries.
Some of these threads you are deleting aren't even trolling or using profanity. In fact, some of them are even constructive. Come on Blizzard, I thought you were better than that. This thread will probably get deleted, though. Oh well, it was worth a shot to maybe try to get through to you a little bit. Someone surely has to read it before they hit that "DELETE" button. :/
Edit: And I'm not talking about them deleting all of the threads about the premium service thing. I mean they have been deleting good, constructive threads about varying topics for no reason for some time now.
It doesn't give you the right to ignore the posting guidelines or Code of Conduct.
We listen to everyone, including those who are the most critical of us. We even listen to those who feel that hyperbolic, world-ending rhetoric is the method of choice for being heard. We ban them, but we listen. :) So, rather than tell us how we should be moderating, perhaps read through the posting guidelines and see if maybe there's something in there that might explain why we're moderating the way we are. Hell, you'd even find out that your thread is against the posting guidelines. If you have an issue with any aspect of our forum moderation, you can always email [email protected]; because, as far as moderation is concerned, I don't care how unfair you think we're being. It doesn't give you license to create a thread and publicly dictate to us how to moderate.
