Is there a mailing list or something similar that someone can register for in order to receive updates on this? I think at this point we all understand this is a work-in-progress and it would be nice to be made aware of official updates without having to check the forum constantly.. Just a thought.

We don't currently have a mailing list for announcements or updates, although it sounds like a good idea. Your best bet is to continue to check for updates in this forum.
