Abysmal Customer Service

As usual I was having my evening read of the mmo-champion site and, on this occasion, thought Id look deeper at the 'Blue Posts' section.

OMG there are about 40 posts on that page and about 50% were complaints about the customer service or blues themselves. Out of those almost half contained some kind of sarcasm or derogatory comment from a blue !

Id understand if some of these contained profanity or somekind of racial / sexist wording but they didnt. The majority had fairly well written, plausable comments or were asking quite valid questions.

Do we realy mean so little to you guys that you think this is acceptable ?

Ive worked in the service industry for many years and I can say from bitter experience, unhappy customers talk more than happy ones. In other words bad news travels fast !

Have you ever stopped to think Blizz that maybe we post these things because we still have some passion and loyalty left for WoW.

Further more, Q&A posts with quite obviously hand picked (if not completely stage managed) questions isnt realy cutting it.
