What poor customer service!

I actually liked this post and was hoping for a blue response:

http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/1874250795

But the only response was to lock it because of the word "Blizzard" in the title; ironic given that in this case it was relevant, since the post was asking directly about the company and where their profits go. I think it's a fair point given that Blizzard must be raking it in, and instead of any money being invested in wow (even on much overdue things like reskinning of old models, and introducing new factions to them such as dark iron, taunka, brown mag'har orcs) we see news of another cashcow on the store (That retarded lion).

So would Activision be allowed in the topic header when Blizzard isn't? How absurd!

It would have taken less time to simply remove the word Blizzard out of the topic heading. It would have been incorrect to do so given that the post was about Blizzard, but hey, we must adhere to forum guidelines instead of actually interacting with and helping our community, or you know, actually passing questions on and getting us answers.

Vaneras, you lost some respect from me today mate. I think you, and other Blizzard staff, are starting to forget who pays your salary.
