One of my alts was in a guild called "Pantry Raiders" before the guild master was forced to change it. Is it just too close to "panty?" I mean, I understand if it was called "Panty Raiders."
I'm just curious about the change, is all. I really liked that name. :P

A name does not need to be "offensive" to be changed. Keep in mind that regardless of the number of reports we receive we don't generally change a guild name unless it either violates our policies or the guild leader asked for a name change. In certain cases we will grant a guild a name change even if that name does not actually violating a policy. Rinslet, if the name was changed as part of an action it certainly seems as if an error occurred. You said your alt "was" in a guild with that name, is it not anymore? Can you give me the name and realm of a character actually in the guild? |
