Drinking in Arena!!!!! (REMOVE IT PLEASE)

Whats the point in having the ability to drink in arena, it completely obliterates the point of having spirit on your gear, it's not really a fight when you have someone run off like a coward to get mana back. You even have special arena drink to use in arena, but yet mage food can be eaten and other drinks, that makes the 'special' arena drink pointless completely seeing as you can use any old drink. Please remove the ability to drink in arena so a decent battle can commence
