Vanilla chracters = It means a character, that is on account which has only Classic Wow
(no expansions) and maximum exp to lvl 60,with that they WERE able to queue to normal BG.

The main reason for Vanilla chracters got switched to the same battlegroup where people with locked exp are, is here. This is something that everyone understands,
Vanilla chracters were the max level at AV (60), which means they had best dmg
on their abilitys. Vanilla chracters farmed some battlegrounds to get full epic in 1 day and start one-shotting people around. Battlegrounds completely filled with Vanilla chracters. Twinks spoiled the enjoyment of that level BGs.
It was understandable to switch Vanilla chracters to locked exp battlegrounds last June.

Before last june:
We had 55 seriously active Vanilla chracters,
Doing premade BGs and rading to get better gear for Battlegrounds,
Laughing alot when we 1hit at AV someone 9lvl lower.
It was so much fun.

9 months has passed and now our 60level guild has got destroyed,
Only me online trying to find something to do.
One priest stops by sometimes, when he is too bored to play with he's 85. (as I am)

It's weekend and tried to queue for BG; Time in queue 5hr 31min, and then went asleep.
Next morning; queued for BG, was queued for 4HR and BG POPPED !!!
BG POPPED ONCE IN 7 DAYS, WHAT IS THIS !?!? Got so excited :)
Entering that Battleground; WSG, and filled with 64lvls. I didn't stand a chance there.
They had MUCH BETTER:
new talents
Ability DMG
higher lvl Gear
New abilitys
higher lvl
Outland gear



The real problem is that people are still back on those times when Vanilla Characters 1shot.
People keep thinking that full epic is too powerful for them.

Let me explain the situation since brackets got from 51-60 to 60-64
Blizzard has done great job with pointing people more directly where to quest.

When you reach level 58, you will go questing to Outlands;
Quests at outland give you almost right away the same or actually better gear
than lvl 60epics. Paying attention to Inctanses:
if you are Vanilla, you CANT JOIN ANY incta that is made on TBC, which means right now Hellfire Ramparts.
The gear what drops there is roughly better than 60 raiding gear,
since it's impossible to BGs you cant have 60pvp gear.
Same abilitys at 60 or 64, damage is so different, which means now that Vanilla characters are the lowest lvl at any BG and will have lowest ability dmg.
Normal players have now new abilitys and more talents than Vanillas.
Vanilla Characters dont have flying mounts or any place to World PvP.
I can guarantee that Vanilla is NOT OP anymore.

why we shall not have balanced Battleground ?
If you change Vanillas back to normal BG it will hopefully get back many people to WoW.

All our guild members did NOT buy TBC, they all quited.
People play the game like they look it is fun.
Just the most fun comes from being balanced Battlegrounds, Or even being in a Battleground...



All this boring, but meanful text i've been writing means that Vanilla Characters are NOT domanating anymore, so people STOP THINKING THAT VANILLA IS OP, give us back the thing that made Vanilla fun, except now balanced
